Knowledge Exchange is the result of a formal collaboration agreement between:

• DFG (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft)
• JISC (Joint Information System Committee) in the United Kingdom
• SURFfoundation in the Netherlands
• and DEFF in Denmark.

The Knowledge Exchange Office is located at the Danish Agency for Libraries and Media in Copenhagen, Denmark. The main aim of Knowledge Exchange is to develop closer working relationships between the four European key national agencies responsible for the development of infrastructure and services to support the use of information communication technology (ICT) within higher education and research.
